Linear Measuring Table
Graman recently completed a project to design and manufacture a linear measuring table capable of precisely measuring racking beams.
The table has a range from 1m to 5m long and can check the squareness of beams with a remarkable 0.2mm accuracy. Additionally, the table features a digital readout and a steel rule for added convenience and precision.
Auto Weld Screen
In this project Graman was asked to design and manufacture two weld screens for an automated welding machine.
The weld screens have to be lowered down by the operator after they have loaded the product. When doing this, the welding heads start welding, once the process has finished, the machine releases the weld screens and they return to the open position so the operator can unload and reload.
Beam Cracker Machine
Graman has designed and developed an air-operated machine that effectively removes the twist from a racking beam after it has been through the paint line. This innovative solution ensures that the beam is straight and ready for use, improving the overall quality of the finished product.
